EasyGPS Technical Support

EasyGPS is free software. We're happy to offer this free GPS software to the outdoor community, but we are unable to provide one-on-one assistance with EasyGPS or your GPS receiver by phone or email. The EasyGPS Help File contains detailed instructions on all of the features in EasyGPS. If you have questions about EasyGPS, please ask them on the EasyGPS User Forum, where you can receive assistance from TopoGrafix support and also exchange suggestions and ideas with other EasyGPS users.

If your question isn't answered on the EasyGPS Forum, or in the EasyGPS Help File, try using the Search feature in the upper right corner of every Web page.

We offer two other programs for GPS users: ExpertGPS and GeoBuddy. Both come with one-on-one technical support by email, and offer downloadable topo maps, aerial photos, and advanced drawing and editing tools for your GPS waypoints and tracklog data. If you are a geocacher, try our GeoBuddy geocaching software, which has the same easy-to-use interface as EasyGPS, and lets you keep track of all of your geocaches and travel bugs, and plan new geocaching trips over any map. All other users (hikers, mountain bikers, and professionals who use GPS in their jobs) should take a look at ExpertGPS.
